Our team will do a preliminary trademark search for your name, to help you confirm the potential availability of your name, so you'll know before you start or continue using the trademark process, and/or whether there is already a conflicting mark registered, and/or the likelihood that you will be able to secure the name if you apply. * Your trademark search fee can be applied to your trademark filing services if you upgrade to the full Trademark Services for the name we researched within 3 months of the research being completed. Our fees do not include trademark office's fees. You will pay their fees directly to them. They range $250-$350 per application.
