Our team will do a preliminary trademark search for up to 3 names, to help you confirm the potential availability of your name, so you'll know before you start or continue using the trademark process, and/or whether there is already a conflicting mark registered, and/or the likelihood that you will be able to secure the name if you apply. * Your consultation fee is applied to any services your order from us within 6 months of your consultation. Our fees do not include trademark office's fees. You will pay their fees directly to them. They range $250-$350 per application. Prior to any services being provided, client will be required to sign a formal services agreement.
