Our team will consult you through the entire trademark process, this includes a full consultation about your brands/businesses, researching to confirm availability of the name, and also helping you to apply for registration of the names of your brands, products, and/or services, whichever is applicable. We are not attorneys, but you don't need one to do this process, you can do it yourself!  * We just guide you through it, and save you alot of money, unneccessary stress, and costly mistakes. Any consultation and/or trademark research fees you have already paid will be applied to any services your order from us within 6 months of payment of those services. Our fees do not include trademark office's fees. You will pay their fees directly to them. They range $250-$350 per application. Prior to any services being provided, client may be required tosign a formal services agreement.
